### 4/5 — Great Signature Tool

*2019-07-26*

I love my bespoke signatures which I use often the premium version gives me plenty of opportunity to do so. Once you get to the help menu which is very intuitive things become clear. Otherwise the layout is very confusing otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. Pity the MS Outlook is such a difficult beast to add a signature totally unlike the IOS email.

### 4/5 — Bugs fixed, working fine now with iOS 10

*2016-09-26, version 2.2.3*

I love this app and use it often. It stopped working when I upgraded to iOS 10, but now the bugs are fixed and it's working great. I haven't found another app which lets me create and use the multiple business signatures I need for the companies I represent. 4 stars because creating a signature could be easier.

### 4/5 — Logo in Signature at last!

*2016-01-23*

I had struggled to get my logo into my email signature for quite some time... this app made it so easy and I wish I had found it earlier. Easy to configure and use...

### 1/5 — Absolute rubbish

*2015-12-03*

I don't often write reviews but was so Incensed by how truly rubbish this is I had to. Firstly it does not work unless you pay for it. Which would be fine if they told you that before you download it. The ads at the bottom make navigation without touching the add link near impossible. No instructions very counter intuitive, basically don't waste your time.

### 1/5 — Can't Use It

*2015-11-11*

I downloaded the app and opened it and that is all that I was able to do. Nothing happens, like page is frozen. There is a continue button but it is covered up by an ad, so doesn't work. It was free, so all I wasted was my time. I deleted it. Don't waste your time!

### 2/5 — Eh

*2015-05-21, version 2.1.2*

Good idea. Works mostly, but vCard attachment doesn't work. Contacted app maker and tried a few things but no good.

### 1/5 — No copy paste image

*2015-04-11, version 2.1.2*

There is no copy and paste of images. It adds all sorts of buttons that I don't want to my email signature like Facebook. Not at all what I expected. How do I get my money back?

### 1/5 — Free version no images

*2015-03-14, version 2.1.1*

Can't really add image to to signature with free version the way I did before special iPad edition

### 1/5 — This app is not worth $9.00 AU!

*2015-01-27*

$9.00 Au is a ridicules price for an email signature app. What justifies this price when I can get a better app for less than half this?

### 1/5 — Don't Waste Your Money

*2015-01-15, version 1.8*

Does not work with iPhones or iPad... Colors dot transfer nothing works.... These people are ripoffs

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2014-08-29, version 1.8*

This app is terrible! It makes hideous signatures with its confusing, old interface, which you can use to compose emails (but only using their app) and you can't even load or respond to emails previously sent to you! It only composes email from scratch. Completely useless.

### 1/5 — Very Misleading

*2014-06-06, version 1.8*

After downloading, I was excited to create a signature, only to realize the app does nothing. You have to buy a bunch of extras. Total bait and switch!

### 4/5 — It’s great - I want it for my computer!!

*2014-03-03*

This is a terrific app. Working great on my iPad and on my iPhone. However, I want to use the same signatures on emails I send from my MacBook Pro and I can’t work out how to do that… Please help!

### 1/5 — Rubbish

*2014-01-28*

Rubbish does not open or do a thing.

### 1/5 — Bait and Switch Sales Plan

*2013-11-04, version 1.8*

I've recommended this app to dozens of people... until now. The functionality is great, but the bait and switch on upgrading to this, that, and the other version, each requiring more money is entirely inconsistent with iOS app purchases.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Loved this app until it started crashing

*2018-09-18, version 2.3*

I used this app all the time until my ipad mini and app decided not to play nice with each other. I only have crashes every time I start it up now.

### 1/5 — Not user friendly

*2017-04-11*

Leave well alone

### 1/5 — DO NOT WASTE $ or time

*2016-12-16, version 2.2.4*

UPDATE: solution to my problem was re-inserting the image into my signature in a ".png" file format on my iMAC. I then emailed myself and opened that email on my iPad. I then copied that signature into the signature preference for that email account (key is png file format for the image). If you then create a new email the image will be there (instead of the square 'image' marker). NOTE: if you navigate back to that email account's signature preference - the image will NOT be shown, but shows up as a 'box/rectangle'. But when you create an email the image is there. Not sure why but this is how it work on my fully up to date iPad Pro on 12/16/2016.

Previous Review
I had used this app years ago on an iPhone. I forgot how difficult this app was to work with until I started working with it again. I had already went ahead and paid for the premium version because I needed multiple signatures (multiple email accounts). Then I started working with it and realized it wanted me to use their email client. Not an app design I appreciate - not leveraging/integrating with native iOS features. It was also not clear how I could copy a 'finished' email signature from their app to the iOS email signature preferences. They also said that the images I put in the app are uploaded into their cloud server - to make it easier to share. I avoid personal information being 'owned' by others. Also, in working with their app I found it difficult to transfer images from a current email signature without distortion. It maybe an iOS problem because the image that was saved to photos was upscaled to a level of detail that was grainy. Anyways I found the app to be difficult to work with and I should not have wasted the $$ for the premium version.

Note: the issue I am trying to solve is to get the image of the company's logo into the signature on the iPad. Signature preferences will not retain the image (jpeg) - no matter how I try to put it in there.

### 1/5 — Waste of money

*2016-07-31, version 2.1.3*

App is a waste of money... Even the premium version does not work.

### 1/5 — Me

*2016-05-17*

Just down loaded your app goes no where won't do anything will just have to delete it tapped on the menu nothing what a waste
I gave you one star because I can't send unless I rate you that's a joke saying nothing works

### 1/5 — Garbage, Garbage, Garbage

*2016-05-15, version 2.1.3*

I am a Apple Dev. And this App is Garbage. And after you pay you still have Ads... Come on guys. For 4.99 it should nice. Going to get my money.

### 1/5 — Worst App

*2016-04-20, version 2.1.3*

Why would this App even be an option? Don't waist your time!!

### 1/5 — DO NOT DOWNLOAD. DOES NOT WORK

*2016-03-12, version 2.1.3*

Very disappointing, the only thing that worked in this app was an advert for a game. Bogus. I thought apps were vetted before they made it to the store.

### 1/5 — Does Not Work

*2016-01-03, version 2.1.3*

Why apple has not fixed the signature limitations of the iPad and iPhone I don’t know but this is not the solution. It works fine if the recipient is using an i device but if they are using lotus notes or similar the signature will show only as a downloadable picture which is worthless as most of my contacts are not using i devices. Therefore most people just see the signature as a downloadable file. Worthless app.

### 1/5 — Signature app by Apple

*2015-12-10, version 2.1.3*

Most confusing app I ever had the displeasure of trying to use. Delete, delete, delete.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great Email Signature App

*2018-06-19*

I bought this app to create a professional finishing touch to my emails & its done just that 😃👍

I did have a few issues with adding logos but Chris who designed the app quickly got this sorted so Im very pleased with my purchase and I will personally recommend this app to family & friends.

### 5/5 — The Best of It's Kind!

*2015-02-10, version 2.1.1*

I have used this program for years. It does what it says and does it well. If you need to have multiple email signatures that vary depending on the email account used then this program is for you.

It even allows you to add icons and pictures to your signatures and web hyperlinks.

It also allows you to save your signatures to their servers and then share the across devices. You can also use the signatures you create on your Mac.

### 5/5 — Fabulous App

*2014-06-24*

Purchased new iPad and spent a few days trying to insert and keep a logo on as an email signature without success and much frustration. Found this app and it worked perfectly first time and more importantly continues to work. I emailed them with a query and received a prompt and helpful response. Would definitely recommend this app if you want to include a logo on your e mail.

### 5/5 — WoW!!

*2014-04-21, version 1.8*

I have struggled for weeks trying to achieve
What this App did for me in minutes!
Easy to use ( follow instructions ) with great
results! Great Value!

### 5/5 — Great App.

*2013-11-23*

I spent around $12 to get this app on my iPhone and iPad but with 4 different email personas it was money well spent.
I now have four very professional looking email signatures that were designed on the iPad and then transferred seamlessly to the iPhone.
I was able to integrate corporate logos easily and the fancy little icons at the bottom of the signature allow customers to visit my webpage or view my location with a touch.
I love it when an app makes me look more professional.

### 5/5 — App does what it claims & strongly supported with great customer service

*2013-03-29, version 1.4*

Read the entire description off this App before you grumble in ignorance about it, and work with the App for awhile before you review it. Otherwise, you are not writing a review but a complaint. Send your complaints to the Developer not the public. Your complaints may turn people away, when you don't know what your talking about.

As one that has thoroughly tested this App, I want to let people know that it is worth whatever you put into it, whether the free version or the two levels of upgrades it provides for heavier users. In the past I have needed to contact App Developers of other Apps. I had to do the same with this App. I have never received customer service like this before. Bar none. The way my responses were handled and the speed in which the Developer got back with me is unparalleled.

This is a beautifully designed App with many features. The ability to work with HTML signatures without housing HTML images on your server is the key reason I was attracted to it. I work in Health Care IT and our mail server is not located at our clinic. I don't have the ability to house HTML images on the domain mail server. Therefore, this App is great for me. It provides professionals that work in limiting roles the ability to not be restricted by their current environments.

As a graduate student and a volunteer, I can look professional with many different email signatures. And the beauty of this App is that it remains separate from Apple's native Mail App. This means I can choose how I respond to any given person. If I am corresponding with a close friend, I won't be desiring a professional email signature. However, if I am corresponding with a research software developer representing a university professor as a Research Assistant then thankfully I have this App that affords me the easy ability of a professional email signature.

If you correspond differently with people from a range of emails then this App is perfect for you. If you frequently correspond with close friends as well as professional colleagues, then you will love the segregation this App has with Apple's Mail App, allowing control over your signature to whom you are corresponding with.

### 5/5 — Good value

*2013-03-26*

Purchased full version and very pleased with it. Had a couple of problems that Support responded to immediately. Especially pleased with ease of setting up linked icons (Twitter, Facebook, etc) and ease of including picture. Tried lots of other signature makers and this is by far the most superior.

### 5/5 — App works great!

*2013-01-08*

I gave this app a whirl and it works surprisingly well.

### 5/5 — Great, but pricey!

*2012-10-27, version 1.3*

The application can be quite pricey, if you want to upgrade. However, if you are someone that is constantly writing emails and communicating in the workplace and in need a professional signature for your email template, then this should be the application to use.

I have paid for both the iPhone application and iPad application plus upgraded on both. So I can definitely tell you from experience that this application has been my go to for this signature template. On the iPad you can add documents, photos, and create groups for emails. Plus it is very easy to use and understand.

Their customer service is also great, I have emailed them before when we had the new upgrade for the iPad. Everything worked out fine And was resolved.

### 5/5 — My emails have come alive

*2012-10-15*

What can I say but WOW WOW WOW get it and get it now , if you have a business then this is a must have app.
