## What is Email_Watch?

EmailWatch is built for moments when checking your inbox isn’t enough. When an email is truly important, you need to know right away, not the next time you open your mail app.

EmailWatch watches for specific emails based on rules you define and sends an instant push notification when those conditions are met. Nothing more. Nothing less.

Why EmailWatch

Most inboxes are noisy. Newsletters, receipts, promos, CCs. Important messages get buried, and constant checking becomes a habit.

EmailWatch flips that around.

You decide what matters. EmailWatch stays quiet until it happens.

How it works

• Connect your email account securely
• Create simple rules based on sender, subject, or recipient
• Get a push notification the moment a matching email arrives

No inbox refreshing. No endless scanning. Just the alerts you actually want.

Never miss urgent emails

For emails that really matter, EmailWatch supports Critical Alerts. These notifications can break through Do Not Disturb and silent mode, so you’re alerted even when your phone is otherwise quiet.

Perfect for:

On-call work

Production alerts

Time-sensitive approvals

Personal messages you can’t afford to miss

Built for control and security

Supports major providers like Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo

Secure authentication options, including OAuth where available

Alerts only trigger when your rules match

Dark mode and a clean, focused interface

Use cases people love

Get notified when a specific client emails you

Alert when an invoice or payment confirmation arrives

Watch for system or service emails with certain subjects

Know immediately when a critical message comes in, without living in your inbox

Simple by design

EmailWatch isn’t another email client.
It doesn’t replace your inbox.
It just makes sure you don’t miss what matters.
