So I paid for a day subscription. After I wrote the check I tried sending it to my recipient email, but till now the email hasn’t arrived, I called multiple times no one is answering, I even sent an email no one responded, I open a ticket no response as well. I had to go to the post office to ship another check again . Waste of money, waste of time, incompetent staff and all together a waste of my hard earned money. Don’t try if you don’t want to regret it. **Developer response:** Hi, sorry but we answer all emails and service tickets within 24 hours. I believe your review is unjustified. Irrespective of what you decided to do we would be happy to refund your purchase. We stand by our product and service. Please send us an email regarding the charge so we can make a refund. Sometimes people have very strong firewalls and it blocks all emails. That must've been the problem with the person you sent the check to.
