The attachment gets sometimes stuck on the top, covering part of the email. Other problems with loading emails and the way they look. When I click on a notification sometimes the email fails to open or doesn't get marked as read (bit better after this update). Overall it's not a very good user experience and since the app has very few things it needs to do, I wonder, how hard can it be?

When I get a notification on my iPhone that I have a new email and I click on it, it redirects me to the email but it says "email could not be opened". So I only have the message in notifications, nowhere else. When you are waiting for an important message, it is quite annoying. Restarting the device and the app did not help. It happens VERY often.

Ahoj Sezname, žiji 15 v Austrálii ale stále a rad používám produkty od Seznamu. Miluju mapy.cz a Windy. Už jsem na to naučil i pár ozíků. Nicméně vaše emailová app se nepovedla. Načítání inboxu je jak telenovela. Když pracuji rychle a například vymazávám více emailu jeden po druhém ma to lag a po chvíli se mi nějaké z těch vymazaných zpráv objeví zpět v inboxu. Můžete s tím něco udělat prosím.

Aplikaci jsem se rozhodla stáhnout, abych nemusela stále chodit na Safari, kde mail nebyl tak rychlý a přehledný. Aplikace je opravdu přehledná, neseká se a dozvím se vše, co potřebuji. Naopak při psaní emailu mi text nejde formátovat. Mnohokrát se mi stalo, že po zaslání mailu mi došlo upozornění, že mail nebyl doručen z důvodu “ Pernament Failure- Other or Undefindet Status”.  Opravdu jsem neměla sílu a čas tento problém opakovaně řešit, když jsem se potřebovala spolehnout na svůj email. Když jsem ten stejný email psala z Notebooku, nevyskytl se žádný problém. Pro mě je důležité mít bezproblémovou možnost komunikace i z mobilu, což má být hlavní funkce této aplikace.

Bylo by hezký, kdyby pri otevreni mailu z nejakeho upozornění hned nevyskocila hlaska "email se nepodarilo otevrit". On se totiž ten email behem peti vterin otevre.

Aplikace jen na cteni mailu, pri odeslani nema mail jmeno odesilatele, ale jen jeho mailovou adresu, nepouzitelne. Pro poslani seriozniho mailu musite jit na web a odeslat mail z webu. Maily odeslane z aplikace se taky obcas ztrati.

Hello sometimes the app got really messy, and cannot load all the mail or frequently shoutdown. 

All clients would appreciate accroding me some refresh button or newest version.

I wish it would be more ... well Gmail. Default screen is menu. Not list of my emails. I can't archive them or make them disappear, to see only ones that holds meaning. I don't want to delete emails. I want archive them. Seznam offers unlimited storage. No need to delete, just make them archived and get them out of my view.

Není to špatná aplikace, maily se stahují, zobrazení funguje správně, ale jednou z nejpoužívanějších funkcí je pro mě u emailu vyhledávání. V této aplikaci je naneštěstí vyhledávání naprosto nepoužitelné, jelikož po jedné sekundě, kdy se vyhledané emaily objeví, to skočí zpět do předchozího zobrazení. Tzn funkce je nepoužitelná. Ráda hodím 5 hvězdiček, až se tato funkce opraví 😊☺️

### 1/5 — Blocked my account after a couple weeks for no reason,

So I thought I had finally found a decent email alternative with this app. I WAS highly satisfied with the service, up until today. I really only used it as a backup/personal email account. I mostly sent email TO this address - I don’t think i actually composed & sent more than 3 or 4 emails from this account. And they were all to family. Anyways, I have no idea why, but for some reason today when I went to open the app, I got an immediate notice saying that my login had expired and that I needed to login again. Which I then proceeded to try and do - only to be presented with the message that my account had been blocked. It gave no reason as to why - and told me to confront the online Help section (which is unfortunately all in Czech). Using Google Translate I managed to get through enough of it to understand that I needed to contact “Technical Support” in order to possibly get my account restored. Unfortunately, when I arrived on the Technical Support Contact page - I was unfortunately presented with a message that technical support is not currently available. There was a number to call, but it is unfortunately an international number that I am unable to call. Plus I don’t speak any Czech.
So, unfortunately, it appears as though my account is now lost, though through no fault of my own. I guess this can be used as a lesson and a word of warning for everyone else out there looking for free email alternatives like me. Before you sign up for a new email account with a foreign-based email service - make sure they actually have a functional tech support service first - preferably one that can communicate in a language you speak.

Useless app if it only redirects you to the browser.

This is slow, doesnt react when typing, cannot send emails, download pictures. Please, email looks so good in Seznam app, but I just need emails. Is it possible to update so that it works as in seznam ? 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

The worst app in my Iphone. I used to use same app on differenď androids without problem for many years.

now here on Iphone:

01. hard to refresh for new e-mails. OMG.

02. nearly unable send e-mails with attachments up to 1 MBy

03. This app abused my whole tarif 2,5GBy/month during some minutes while trying to send same e-mail on the background. Auuuuugh !
