EmailTasker is an AI secretary that turns important Microsoft email into clear tasks and keeps Today focused on work planned or due today.

• Needs Attention — missed plans and passed hard deadlines stay visible until you handle them.
• Today — only work planned for today or genuinely due today. Add, complete, snooze, and undo.
• Plan — schedule future work or keep it unscheduled without crowding Today.
• Calendar — an agenda of what is coming, with events you can create and edit.

FROM EMAIL TO TASKS
• Connect a Microsoft mailbox directly and turn actionable messages into tasks.
• Open a task's source message when you need the original context.
• Review mailing lists before you unsubscribe. On iPhone, inspect each sender and request unsubscribe in one tap.
• On Mac, optionally archive reviewed existing messages, with history and Undo.

YOUR AI SECRETARY
• Ask what needs attention, what belongs Today, or what you can plan ahead.
• Let the assistant create and update tasks in plain language, with visible action history and Undo.
• Reversible actions include Undo; sending or permanently deleting starts with a short countdown you can cancel.
• You decide when AI is involved, and can turn it off at any time. Turning messages into tasks keeps working with local rules.

• Switch the azzuwayed.com account in your browser, then return to EmailTasker without reinstalling—even if you close the app during sign-in.
• See which version and build you are running, in Settings and More.
• One privacy screen at first sign-in names what EmailTasker shares with AI; accepting it starts the app, and Privacy & Data withdraws it.
• Keep Today protected: missed plans move to Needs Attention, future and unscheduled work stays in Plan, and only work planned or genuinely due today appears in Today.
• Choose a separate plan date and hard deadline when creating or editing a task, and move both safely when a later snooze would cross the deadline.
• Open the new notification bell for Morning Brief, account reconnection, automation failures, and Mailing Lists cleanup, with read and dismiss controls.
• Review your mailing lists with Pro: see who writes most, unsubscribe safely, and clean up in bulk with Undo.
• Plan your day on iPhone in a timeline or priority view, with a two-week calendar close at hand.
• A calmer Today: the view switch appears only when your day holds both events and tasks, empty priority tiers are gone, and the bell only when you have notifications.
• Ask the assistant from the bottom bar or anywhere in the app, watch answers arrive live without losing sight of Today, and close it with a flick down.
• Scroll back through a long conversation, with earlier messages fading gently behind the message field.
