I would say for newbies I would add additional videos on how to make a glove set on YouTube explaining what each color selection spot means or how it works because it’s very bland. I would also suggest a tutorial on how to make flashing patterns and understanding it in the app. Other than that the app and my evos are amazing!! ### 1/5 — Broken *2022-07-14, version 4.11* Can’t log in to Facebook through the app so I am locked out of community glove sets. Seriously this is really ridiculous. No person shall have to save a set and do it all over again. This company lacks customer support. ### 3/5 — When it works it is great *2021-11-07, version 4.11* I have trouble getting the hub to sync up, I actually have two hubs and neither one will work lately! It refuses to connect, new batteries, resets, reinstalls etc. does not matter nothing works anymore. This app needs updating and often times the page to download new sets won’t load. I love how you can choose how many modes you want to program and I love how there are so many different colors! Once I got it programmed and got that flow going I was like okay last song every time a new song started for like an hour.. it was so difficult to turn me off, I love how they make me feel like I am a light show god, even though I’m a total noob haha I am writing this review with the lights on and I still see crazy flashing spots randomly everywhere, let me put it out there for anyone who has epilepsy, be careful, SEIZURE WARNING! My brain is having an aftershock if dank feelings I am ready to have a great day thanks EMAZING you guys are have always been and will always amazing! PLUR LIFE peace out ### 1/5 — I own and love emazing lights gloves but *2020-05-22, version 4.9* I’m tired of having to go through social glove sets or making my own light set for hours just to pick out one sequence of lights, come to find out I have to do it all over and create another flashing pattern. Some care about the technical, most care about the cool looking lights in their face. So maybe make a generalized section where new Glover’s can go and pick out their favorite color and go from there. Emazing Lights has been the number one brand and yet for gloves topping over $100 they can’t manage to update their app? 70% of the Glover’s on here aren’t professional Glover’s nor do we know how or have the patients to make what we see in our head come to light. Literally. Please update your chips and your app to reflect education on how gloving works and on how the different types of flashing patters make a difference from the type of style a Glover has. You all can add “professionals” to your brand, create top notch videos and organize gloving around the world but if your not educating the new people and what the art consists of your business is sure to die eventually. Either that or your business will plateau and cease to increase in value and sales. All in my opinion ### 4/5 — bad formatting *2020-02-07, version 4.8* this app is great and works well.... on all phone versions before the iphone 10. the top half of the screen cuts off for several in app functions making it impossible to use some features. ### 2/5 — Pretty frustrating.. *2018-03-09, version 4.6* Can’t back up sets to ‘the cloud’ (Facebook) that were made before the update that allowed sets to be backed up. Can’t transfer sets from one device to another. No way to back up created colors. Please add a button to back up individual sets and created color backup function. Pretty sure you can afford to do that for your customers.. Nice app idea but unfortunately falls very short on usability and functionality.. please work on this app more!! ### 4/5 — Feature Request *2018-01-17, version 4.6* The app is well done and easy to navigate for the most part. The iCloud backup add is awesome. The color pallet feature is great for ease of creating sets. One thing that I wish I could do that it doesn’t currently, is when I’m creating color pallets I’d like the option to be able to add multiple existing colors to the pallet at once to save some time.
