A great idea which replaces all the venue specific loyalty cards.  Genius!

However its performance is ropey. Like many apps having good signal is critical and ensuring your device is supported and running the latest os is a must but even with all that issues such as

1) wallet full of venue cards with no details such as the establishment names
2) not able to take advantage of offers
3) not able to redeem loyalty points

So actually it offers me no benefits in most of my venues.

Zbierając stemple w jednej piekarnio kawiarni straciłam już 3 nagrody przez błędy aplikacji. Gdy chcę odebrać nagrodę aplikacja od razu mnie wylogowuje i nagroda przepada. Nie polecam tego scamu

I feel cheated. I never created an account because you never said I had to — at least not to keep my stamps. Today, I went to La Regina Pizzeria to claim my free pizza, and for the first time ever, the app had logged me out. Now there’s no way to redeem my stamps. What a complete waste of time and effort.

With the new update, I get to 9 stamps. It says “collect one more stamp to earn a free coffee”. When I do that, it starts over and there’s no indication that a free coffee is available or has been earned. The coffee shop I’m in doesn’t believe I’ve earned one!

I’m sorry but this is ridiculous. I’m using app spontaneously. First of all request to update the app was mandatory to use the app.. after that I got logged out, tried to login with every way I remember - nope, everyfkingthing is a brand new account and I have lost years of my stamps. Ridiculous. Will not use this stamps system ever. Going back to phisical cards I guess——
Edit:
I have found the one email I had used for this app…. Now you can go and delete all the excessive accounts I was forced to create by signing in by google/ apple etc… cheers..

Nie zbiera pieczątek, albo robi to losowo. Nie można odebrać nagrody po 10-u pieczątkach, dopiero 11-a pozwala zrealizować te 10. Dzisiaj wogole apka stwierdziła, że już zebrałem w tym punkcie pieczątkę i następna za 8 godzin, co nie jest prawdą. Masakra!

Every update appears to make this app more unusable. When you are logged into the app it won’t allow you to claim your rewards as it says you need to be logged in. Which I was.
So I logged out and tried to log back in and it doesn’t give me the option.
If you are a user then don’t expect much.
If you are a business then expect complaints

I last used the app to receive a stamp in 2025.  However, the two stamps I received last week didn’t register on the app, and today the same shop allowed me to “back stamp” for the ones that didn’t register last week and also the one I got today, but after the app update the new stamps all disappeared.  Really awful app!

I just reported a problem regarding my order (half of it hasn’t arrived), and there is no place I can see the history of this report. As if it didn’t happen. No log inside the app, no email, nothing. Just a vague statement, I will hear from somebody. When and who from- nobody knows, as I don’t even know if it reached the recipient, and have no basis to claim my money back.
