My wife then purchased the age package and they missed it by YEARS. This made us second guess the DNA test. I contacted customer service and was basically told there was nothing they could do. It sends a link to my email that I’m to click on, but it takes me to the browser. Doesn’t matter if you know your password, you still have to wait for them to email you to allow you to log in, but even after following that process, it doesn’t sign you in to the app. It takes you right back to the browser. From there it will log you out any time you click anything at all. Do you want to go back to the page you were previously on? Guess what? Sign in again. Do you have another dog you want to look at? Sign in again. Do you want to look at the next breed thats in your dogs profile? Sign in again. Want to do literally anything from where you currently are? Sign in again. I'm clicking the sign IN button over and over and it sends the email to log in (also annoying, let me use a damn password?) and it keeps trying to create a new pet and won't show me the two I already entered through the desktop version. Completely useless and unhelpful and the email authentication is SO annoying since there isn't an option in settings to bypass this. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback! Embark again doesnt taylor to its breeders, just like everything else they do. The app is for solely pet owners, when breeders are purchasing these tests in clusters of 20+.
