## What is ember?

ember is your calm space to focus when everything feels like too much.

Instead of endless to-do lists that pile on the pressure, ember shows you ONE thing. It breaks it down into a small, 2-minute action you can actually start — and stays with you while you do it.

No noise. No guilt. Just gentle momentum.

— ONE THING AT A TIME —
When you're overwhelmed, ember helps you pick a single focus and turn it into a tiny first step. Starting is the hardest part. ember makes it small enough to begin.

— AI JOURNAL THAT REMEMBERS —
Write freely. ember's AI journal listens, reflects, and remembers what matters to you across entries — like a calm companion that actually knows your context.

— FOCUS SOUNDS —
Binaural audio designed for deep work, study, and calm. Press play and slip into focus.

— BUILT TO FEEL CALM —
A dark, quiet, distraction-free design. ember is made to lower the pressure, not add to it.

ember PRO unlocks unlimited journaling, all focus sessions, the full sound library, and unlimited daily focus.

Start small. Stay lit.
