It arrived with no gravy whatsoever, which is pretty unforgivable for a roast. The vegetables were completely dried out, tasteless, and seemed as though they’d been reheated several times. The Yorkshire pudding was rock hard and stale, not fresh in the slightest. The meat was cheap, tough meat rather than proper roast meat, and the potatoes were so hard they were almost inedible. The cauliflower cheese was watery liquid which had curdled. There wasn’t a single bit of flavour in the entire meal. It was dry, bland, and felt like something that had been sitting around for hours before being sent out. To make matters worse, when I raised the issue, the staff couldn’t have cared less. There was no attempt to put things right, and a complete lack of customer service. For the price charged, this was completely unacceptable.
