It has so many features. I’ve linked all of my other debit accounts, credit cards, savings accounts, and my car loan and I can monitor all of them from here. It has free credit score monitoring. I haven’t seen what all features are available yet. This is definitely the best banking app I’ve used and I’ve had several online/app only accounts that were just bleh. It has some features that big financial institutions do not have. It’s very easy to navigate and use. If you’re qualified to become a member of ATCU and you appreciate convenience with modern day technology and banking, I highly suggest you apply to become a member. As a bonus, when you’re not banking online, you’ll be treated excellent by some of the most kind employees and get great rates on things you want to finance with them - all while being able to review details and rates of your accounts and loans with the tap of a few buttons. ### 5/5 — Bugs crashes *2023-05-08* This app was running better than the last for a while but lately all it does is freeze and crash. ### 5/5 — Recommend *2023-03-16* This app has been one of the easiest bank apps I have had! Please fix this. ### 1/5 — Useless *2024-09-26* Where do I start with this garbage account. They have the regular balance and available balance like every other bank and union would have. But with them it’s just for show. You swipe tap or enter the pin for the card at 99% places the balance fails to update. It literally comes off the balance shows the updated available balance then seconds later the pending transaction disappears and your balance is back to what it was before the transaction took place. then days later the transaction reappears and comes out the account. The answer to this major issue from Albertville branch is to keep the receipts and track your balance that way. The member representative at Gadsden branch was simply I don’t know what’s going on but it happens to everyone. Absolutely useless do not bother with these idiots they think a name change will solve their problems maybe a working app and system might be a better start huh?? ### 1/5 — Excellent *2024-09-12* The staff in Albertville are some of the nicest I have ever encountered in a financial institution. Jennifer Willis the branch manager and her team was more than welcoming she opened my account and my partners account also my partners dad that same day. She was polite professional and it will be a pleasure using Alabama teachers credit union (Emblem) for my everyday banking and more in the future. Only criticism I have is no deposit taking ATMs in Albertville Gadsen or Boaz areas including other co-op ATMs they only take deposits for that union not Emblem but the shared branching is the best feature and the easy ability to send money to other members like my family. Thank you ### 3/5 — App *2025-01-26* Lately - the app doesn’t remember my user ID so now I have to put all the info in. Annoying. When Emblem took over - the bill pay tab is only visible after selecting an acct. Additionally the app before used a 4 digit passcode instead of having to type in a long password. Again - annoying. The app was fine as it was before. They have helped with anything that we have needed throughout the years. I could not say anything bad about a single employee at the Centre branch . The only thing I wish is that they were open on Saturdays. But I have learned through the years just to try and take care of all banking on Friday if I can make it up there.
