Every time I try to log in, I enter my user name and get an error message. “Trouble connecting, please try again” 
It just doesn’t work no matter how many times I try.

**Developer response:** Hey! Our old app was having difficulties, but we've recently launched a new app that we believe has resolved the issues. We'd love for you to check it out and let us know if its working for you!
