Easy and motivating workouts. Taught me strength training. Felt so good and got compliments on my physique after only two weeks. Exactly what I was hoping for postpartum

I haven’t been able to find out all the ways to use the app fully just yet but I’m only starting. Overall though, it has been very pleasant so far and I’m enjoying the ease of use and the program!
