I tried it and gave it the benefit of the doubt and it was decent workouts but when I tried to cancel, I could not. I ended my subscription and even deleted my account entirely but somehow I keep getting charged every month. I’m about to just change my card. I emailed their support multiple times and not one single response.

This company will continue to charge your card, and not provide services, I am now disputing with my bank
They don’t answer the phone they don’t answer emails. If you downloaded the app change your bank info right now.
Dispute charges with the bank so they can be shut down asap. They have been charging my account without my knowledge for months.
And I better not get a stupid reply like the rest of these. I will make sure everyone knows what a scam you are

I’ve tried emailing their support multiple times to cancel and just got charged again! I’m now going to have to fight the charge with my credit card company! I should have read the reviews first! Such an inconvenience and scam!

I also had a very difficult time trying to cancel this subscription. It was not found anywhere under my subscriptions nor was it on the app. There was no option to cancel. Currently, they charged me again and I am hoping someone will email me back so I can cancel it. Def do not recommend this app and it was not that great of exercises anyways . Total scam.

This app wasn’t what it made you think it was. I tried canceling prior to being charged and it was absolutely impossible. You can’t cancel in the app or via Apple subscriptions. I finally found through a review to email to cancel. I requested a refund and a cancellation so hopefully they are able to do that. Do not get this app.

I’ve cancelled my subscription via what they said on the policy, and i still got charged. this is not a reliable app. You have to REQUEST A CANCELLATION. and for a refund you have to atleast gone through 14 days of workouts.

like someone else on here stated, don’t download this app. they continue to charge you and if you clicked the free trial you don’t get reminded of the end date which i guess is fine. however, you keep getting billed. i’ve tried to see if i can cancel on subscriptions but funny thing is it doesn’t pop up on your settings for you to do it. so be careful, don’t buy anything from this app!

Such a scam. I did subscribe for a trial and they charged me 38$ after. It does not matter if they have a “support team” they never answer. Embody don’t come to me with your bs “you can always contact our support team” I did multiple times and I’ve heard nothing back yet I WANT A REFUND I already deleted my account and still nothing. I already reported it with Apple support

Don’t buy any subscriptions of them. They just charge your cards without your knowledge and making fool to people. Its a complete scam. I dispute through my bank and also if needs will go with dispute through court. They are SCAMMERS.

I do not recommend this app. I signed up after an ad for a 30-day challenge. After day 21 it stopped loading new workouts - not exactly 30-day. I was going to finish the month out since I paid for it even though the workout equality was poor. The actual workouts didn’t really focus on the muscle groups described, the animated instruction was sometimes poor, and there was no transition between movements.
