## What is Embr?

Embr is a fast, native Twitch client built for iPhone — not a wrapped web view. Streams open in a real AVPlayer with picture-in-picture, background audio, and instant quality switching. Chat is rendered natively so it stays smooth even in the busiest channels. No bloat, no clutter, just watch and chat.

Browse without an account. Sign in with Twitch only when you want to follow channels and join the conversation.

Embr now asks for a rating only after you've actually spent time watching, and the More Apps shelf has been rebuilt — artwork is decoded off the main thread at the size it's drawn, so it scrolls smoothly instead of stuttering.

This update polishes the sign-in flow (no more spurious errors if you dismiss the Twitch login), makes background audio more reliable when you leave the app, and refines the live stream views. Thanks for using Embr.
