### 3/5 — Light settings need more control

*2026-08-28, version 1.12.4*

Dim is not dim enough. Discrete turns it completely off. Would be nice to have a slider like 0-10.

### 4/5 — Love my wave

*2026-08-23, version 1.12.4*

I love my embr wave and what it does so so much it’s helped with hot flashes and super chilly days and all around just a perfect thing. What I don’t love is the app keeps having me reset my wave 1 million times and every time I open the app. It has me reset my wave and it’s very frustrating and I don’t know what to do and I’ve tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling the app and I don’t know how to fix it because I want to keep my schedules.

### 3/5 — Great, but….

*2026-07-07, version 1.12.4*

The app is great BUT it would be so much better on the Apple Watch. I need the hot flash treatment but cannot access it without my phone. That’s super inconvenient. Add that and a Home Screen widget for favorite treatments and it’s a 5 star.

### 5/5 — RELIEF from the HEAT

*2025-08-15, version 1.10.2*

I don’t have hot flashes or night sweats. I just hate being hot!

### 2/5 — Can’t find device

*2025-07-31, version 1.10.2*

This app is awful now. It constantly can’t find or recognize my device. I have to uninstall and reinstall at least once a month.

### 5/5 — Hot flashes

*2025-07-28, version 1.10.2*

I have been having severe hot flashes for years my sister told me to get this last year well i finally ordered it and it seems to help a lot with the flashes and the duration of them husband says i need one on every wrist and ankles so if they really go on sale i might get a few more

### 4/5 — heat sensory, issues

*2025-07-25, version 1.10.2*

i’m still leaning how it works, so far, great

### 3/5 — Why so many presets?

*2025-07-21, version 1.10.2*

In the app, there are tons and tons of different temperature session presets. This would be great, but they all have vague titles like “bear hug” and “cruise control warm”. Other than the temperature level (1-9) and the session timer, what’s the difference? Are the waves closer together or further apart for certain sessions? Are there any other differences? I think these should be spelled out in each session’s setting. You could show the wave pattern if it changes at all, time between pulses, etc. otherwise, all these presets feel a bit arbitrary.

### 5/5 — Keeping Me Cool

*2025-05-26, version 1.10.2*

The Embr Wave 2 keeps me cool during the day. At night, the all night cooling keeps the night sweats at bay.

### 5/5 — I’m glad I found this

*2025-05-22, version 1.10.2*

It has helped me sleep a little better, and find some relief.

### 3/5 — Absurd app design

*2025-05-11, version 1.10.2*

I don’t want to pick a rating yet because I just received this.
But I must offer feedback for the app—

On the sessions, please reduce the blank space around the large number. By having the blank space around the number take up half of the screen, you have to scroll to access the Start Session button. There is absolutely no need for that nonsense. It could easily fit on the screen.

### 5/5 — Embr

*2025-04-15, version 1.10.2*

This product is life changing!

### 2/5 — App needs work

*2025-04-05, version 1.10.1*

I absolutely LOVE my Embr wave 2. It works wonders at helping me warm up my always - cold body from the inside out and helping me stay cool in the AZ heat. But the app is terrible. I’m unable to customize any of the sessions because the save button is not accessible on the screen and the app doesn’t allow me to scroll down to save it. I can’t add or change the sessions saved as my presets and the “last used sessions” always list the same 3 warming sessions, no matter what 3 sessions I used last. I thought it was user error but after contacting support for help, they have not been able to advise me on how to access these basic app features. LOVE the device, but VERY disappointed in the functionality due to a severely lacking app.

### 1/5 — App is a joke device is debatable

*2026-07-19, version 1.12.4*

Manly use this to help with anxiety…so the app always having trouble connecting to the device literally every time I open it is ironic only because it’s so far from helpful. My stress makes me burn up which when I’m warm like that, I frequently question if it’s even on. I feel so bad for anyone using it for hot flashes or other burning moments. It’s a joke. This thing only helps as preemptive. If I know I’m about to do something stressful and turn it on it sorta helps. Only thing it’s been reliable with is helping me fall asleep and making highs a little more relaxing. So yeah. If you’re only a little anxious and you never burn up than maybe this thing is sorta good.

### 1/5 — Hate this App!!!

*2026-03-06, version 1.12.1*

This app wakes me up more nights than I can tell you because it refuses to sync with my armband. My phone has no trouble picking up the signal from the armband, but this app refuses to. Which forces me to spend 20 to 40 minutes every other night messing with the app or deleting it and reinstalling it to get it to communicate with the armband. And the lighting in the app is always brighter than it should be so as I’m spending 20 to 40 minutes, trying to get the app to pick up the signal from my armband. The blue light from this app is waking me up! Poor design on the app! When it works, it’s wonderful. When it works!!! do better Ember wave2!

### 1/5 — App keeps crashing!

*2026-01-24, version 1.12.1*

This app keeps crashing!

### 1/5 — Cannot login to app now

*2025-10-28, version 1.11.1*

App was working up until today, 10/28/2025. Now I cannot login with my Apple ID as I have since I’ve received my device and downloaded the app about 2 weeks ago.

### 1/5 — The new update is terrible

*2025-04-02, version 1.10.1*

It was great but now I can’t access the app features. It’s been a week! Please fix it or go back to the old version.

### 1/5 — App freezes at log in screen

*2025-04-01, version 1.10.1*

Despite restarting my iPhone (Iphone 13, OS 18.3.2) turning app off & back on, even deleting & reinstalling app, this app freezes at log- in page and will not allow me to communicate AT ALL with the Embr wave 2 through the app. Customer service had no additional suggestions, although they were very nice and tried to be helpful.
Eventually I tried using my hubby's iphone 14, which did successfully connect to the device through the app. By setting up my account and logging in through the app on his phone I could access all the options on the app. After changing the default settings to longer (8 hr) cooling sessions I logged out of the app on his phone. I am now able to operate the Embr wave just using the on/ off and hot/ cold buttons without connecting to the app. To be clear, the Embr wave could be operated manually right out of the box, but only allowed for 10 min sessions, then had to be constantly restarted if I needed a longer session.
If you encounter the frozen screen issue, connecting through a friend's phone for initial set up might work for you too.

### 1/5 — Awful

*2025-03-29, version 1.10.1*

Just today my wave wasn’t connecting to the app. So I deleted the app after removing the wave didn’t work. I reinstalled the app but am not able to log on to my account. If I go to my iPad I am able to see ‘Already have an account?’ but it doesn’t move forward. On my phone I don’t even see that question. The app needs to be redone so people with accounts already are able to log on.

### 1/5 — Timeout-10

*2025-03-26, version 1.10.1*

Not sure what happened today but all of a sudden I can no longer log into the app. I have tried deleting it, redownloading it, unpairing it, forgetting device, tried to create a whole new account, tried to contact support, nothing is working anymore.

### 1/5 — Won’t stay connected

*2023-10-29, version 1.8.1*

This app is not very good I have had to delete and reinstall at lest 5 times and I have have my embr wave 2 a week yet.

### 1/5 — Ap issues

*2023-07-02, version 1.8.0*

My ap will not sign in. Ive tried several times and it just keeps saying timed out.

First, I live in Florida so it’s already hot! I am going through perimenopause and the flashes are real. I have been looking for something to help keep me cool and discovered Embr Wave. It has been a life saver. My friends are even interested and a few have purchased as well. Can’t wait to try it out at the beach this month!

*2026-03-28, version 1.12.2*

I have been super satisfied with my Ember Wave 2!! So happy I got it.
I highly recommend it to others that suffer from Hot Flashes. I tried the hormone pellets and they did help, but this is so much better than them❤️

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2026-01-13, version 1.12.1*

Everyone seems to think this Embr Wave 2 is too expensive, well if you have hot flashes like me this product is absolutely amazing. Now that I have it I wouldn’t trade it for the world! This Wave is so amazing, I have no idea how this thing works but it’s like a miracle to my body! I am a happy person!!!

### 5/5 — Great relief from hot flashes

*2026-01-09, version 1.12.1*

About three years ago, our nephew was being treated for Prostate Cancer. He was suffering from hot flashes and my wife heard about your product. We decided to buy one for him, but before we could he died.

A few months later I was diagnosed with prostate cancer and before my first treatment we ordered one for me. It works great. Whenever we are playing cards with friends, if I hit the button they all know what is happening. It has been 13 months and I am cancer free and thanks to your wonderful product I can live a life free from hot flashes.

I wish more people knew about your wrist band. I tell everyone about it.

### 5/5 — Life saver

*2026-01-07, version 1.12.1*

I am notorious for freezing during the day and hot a night. This little device has been a game changer! Also, my coworkers can have the thermostat back lol!

### 5/5 — Love it!!
