Embrace Health Tracking helps families keep everything in one place, so nothing important gets missed. It is a simple, flexible way to track health related information for the people you care about most.

Use Embrace to record injuries, illnesses, allergies, symptoms, medications, appointments, questions for healthcare providers, and anything else you want to remember. Add notes in your own words, attach photos, and update entries over time as things change.

Embrace is built for real life. You can create multiple profiles and easily switch between family members, all within a single app. Data is organized clearly so you can see what happened, when it happened, and what followed.

Beyond recording information, Embrace helps you make sense of it. A built in calendar lets you view entries across profiles and tap into details quickly. Insights and visual summaries help you notice patterns over time and better understand what is changing. You can export or share selected records when needed.

Your privacy matters. All data is stored locally on your device and, if you choose, in your own iCloud account. The developer does not have access to your data and it is never sold or shared.

Embrace is intended for personal tracking and organization only. It does not provide medical advice or diagnosis.

The free version allows one profile and shows the most recent entries. Premium unlocks additional profiles and full history.
