I guess that’s just how everything works nowadays ### 1/5 — It’s broken! And useless at this time! *2026-08-14, version 2026.3.2* When I use the company login, it takes me to the Web UI and it never brings me back to the app UI so I’m just stuck in the web UI unable to actually use the app and it’s feature features ### 3/5 — Talk to text bug *2026-08-11, version 2026.3.2* Hopefully this bug has already been reported, but when using talk to text on an iPhone, all text dictated duplicates so it appears twice and then you need to manually erase. Very frustrating! ### 1/5 — Mobile App wants me to download the Mobile App. *2026-08-06, version 2026.3.2* Title says it all, when using the mobile app, it constantly asks me to install the app….which leads to opening the app again…to ask me to download the mobile app. ### 1/5 — Garbage app *2026-07-26, version 2026.3.1* A garbage app. No quality control at all. ### 1/5 — Tons of work to link receipt to auto imported card expense *2026-07-22, version 2026.3.0* Using the app i could not get the receipt image uploaded to the autogenerated expense fr my company card. Looks like the photo file size was too big for Emburse. I don’t know. Please make this easy. ### 3/5 — Overall just OK *2026-07-08, version 2026.2.2* To start with the multi-factor authentication has letters and numbers in the 6 digit code? Seriously and it doesn’t matter if you use upper or lower case on the letters. Talk about overkill. In general it’s just kind of chunky. Previous expense systems used were much easier to use. Functions fine you just won’t enjoy the ride. ### 1/5 — AI integration done tremendously bad *2026-06-01* Literally the worst AI integration I have seen, in any app, ever. Populates fields with wrong info, scans dates wrong if you are in Europe, “tech add-ons” that do nothing apart from leading to more work. Worst thing to happen to my business travel so far, by a MILE! Certify was so much better, what a pity they were acquired by you folks! ### 1/5 — It used to work *2026-05-30, version 2026.2.1* At one point I really enjoyed using the app. It used to make managing expenses and submitting reports fast and straightforward. Not anymore, there is now layer after layer of complexity and the “AI” (not actually AI) has more control than the user. Simplicity is what made this app better than the rest, and it is gone now. I do not recommend using the app. ### 1/5 — Horrible update *2026-04-22, version 2026.1.0* The update with their AI and new interface is just awful. Doesn’t save correctly, constantly generates wrong date and numbers. AI doesn’t save time, it wastes my time.
