They force users to enable their faulty 2fa so then when something goes wrong they can claim it takes 21 business days for them to disable the 2fa. They are scammers that should not be trusted.

Having met the owner at btc 2025 in Vegas - I felt comfortable enough about this pool to move my mining over from horrible nice hash.  I could not be happier with the product and the service.  I am making 20$ more a day on EMCD than nice hash or about 5%.  Big difference.  Go EMCD!
