## What is EMDR Companion?

EMDR Companion is a sealed, private notebook for the space between therapy sessions.

When something surfaces mid-week — a memory, a dream, a moment that landed harder than expected — write it down in your own words, in order, on one page. It will be there when you and your therapist need it.

WHAT IT DOES
— One page for what needs writing down, when it needs writing down
— Short, structured notes for the moments worth bringing to session
— Every note kept, back to the first
— A summary you can hand to your therapist — only if and when you choose

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Everything you write stays on this device. Notes are encrypted and sealed behind Face ID or your passcode. There are no accounts, no cloud, no tracking, and no analytics. Nothing is collected. Nothing leaves your phone unless you hand it to your therapist yourself.

A COMPANION, NOT A SUBSTITUTE
This app supports work you are already doing with a licensed clinician. It is not EMDR, not treatment, and not crisis care. If you need help right now, the app links directly to the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, and to 911 for emergencies.

EMDR Companion is offered by Heartbridge LLC, a licensed psychotherapy practice.
