I’d really like to be able to add cards to my wallet so I don’t have to rely on having cell service… ### 3/5 — Broken on iOS 26 (Resolved) *2026-04-18, version 4.0.5* Update: The recent app update made it clear that this issue was because I had downloaded my membership cards too many times (phone upgrades, AppleCare, etc). I contacted the museum and they reset my membership, fixing the issue. This is still a terrible UX though, as I should be able to reset/clear all my prior membership downloads and see how many I have left from the app. The app itself works well, but feels a bit dated. This app used to work fine but it appears to be fully broken on iOS 26. I had to get a replacement phone through AppleCare and while the app will find my membership, it refuses to download my membership cards. I have tried restarting and reinstalling the app several times with no luck. ### 1/5 — Needs iOS 26 update? *2025-09-30* I remember using this several years ago, and it worked flawlessly; I was able to add my membership card to Apple wallet without any issue. Now, when attempting to do so in iOS 26, it gives me a confirmation: “pass added successfully“ but when I go to Wallet, the pass has not been added. I’ve looked to your responses to other users, and I’ve restarted my phone and attempted to do this again, but each time the result is the same. ### 3/5 — Handy but one super annoying feature *2025-04-24, version 3.0.7* The app pops up your membership card on your lock screen when you get near the institution. Unfortunately if you live close by, as I do, this means it is constantly on your lock screen with no way to get rid of it!! It is super annoying and I’m probably going to delete the app and just reload it when I need the card. So there’s really no other explanation that I can come up as to why it’s telling me our membership doesn’t exist when Binder Zoo was able to pull our membership up…just frustrating because it’s my sons 1st bday this weekend & I was trying to prepare for it.
