## What is Ementool?

Ementool app is used to configure and control Electromen products.
 
To use app EM-326 BT Dongle is needed.

### 1.3 — 2014-11-03

This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon.

-Fixed a bug with edit screen +/- buttons.

-Indication for saving and reading (with shaking phone/pad) parameters with text at bottom bar.
-Added save button to parameter editing screen. Now you can quickly save while editing parameters.
-Updating starts re-programming automatically if communication is interrupted.
-Improvements for communication.

### 1.1 — 2014-08-08

Control screen
With this new feature you can control Electromen product with Ementool app. Depending on product you can e.g. control speed or position and monitor motor current and position feedback. Shake phone in control screen to start/stop motion control with phone. e.g. tilt phone to drive servo position or for motor speed control. To use this feature a connected device must support controlling.

Access code
You can set optional access code which is needed to connect to a device. This is for preventing unauthorized access to a device. Connected device must support this feature.

Default parameters
You can load default parameters for a device on parameter list screen.

Reload parameters from device
You can reload parameters from a device with shaking the phone on parameter list screen. This is usefull if you don't want to save modified parameters.

Verify saved parameters
Automatic verify after writing new parameters. Info text shows which parameters were not saved correctly. Some devices may have parameters that cannot be modified.

Refresh device list with shaking a phone.
On the device list screen shake to refresh device list.

Bluetooth notification
Infotext is shown if Bluetooth 4.0 is not supported with used phone or Bluetooth is disabled in settings.
