Search function for artist alley was strictly for names. Didn’t see filters by interest. At least the app worked to search for names unlike the website. Information between the website and the app was not the same. Frustrating to find out some artists moved or wasn’t in the same place. Please find a way to link badges and photo op QR codes so not having to flip around apps with the sub par internet connecting in the convention space. ### 1/5 — Needs a lot of work *2026-03-07* Please contact for more info ### 1/5 — So frustrating! *2026-03-07, version 11.0.0* It’s day 3 and there still is no schedule for photo ops or autographs, which makes it difficult to plan each day. Also, there’s a feature where you are supposed to be able to do a “treasure hunt”, but you need a code emailed to you. The email never gets delivered - I’ve been trying multiple times a day starting day one. As much money as ReedPop makes off of fans, you’d think they could hire people to make an app that actually works. ### 1/5 — All things require a reservation but can’t make a reservation *2026-03-05* All of the things require a reservation but no where can I find a link, a tab, a page to make said reservation! ### 2/5 — So late to lead current year *2026-02-25* I don’t need to plan for last year, this year’s con is less than two weeks away and a lot of us would like to be able to plan our days. This happens every year and they don’t update until like 48 hours before, which is a pain. They take our ticket money early enough, you can’t update the app and site together? ### 4/5 — Use constantly during the con *2026-02-24* This app is great, I’ve used it constantly during the con for the last two years! But we are days away from ECCC 2026, and there has been no update.. will this not be available for the 2026 con? ### 2/5 — Wrong dates *2026-02-21* Last years dates are listed in the schedule but the event is only two weeks away.
