Search function for artist alley was strictly for names. Didn’t see filters by interest. At least the app worked to search for names unlike the website. Information between the website and the app was not the same. Frustrating to find out some artists moved or wasn’t in the same place. Please find a way to link badges and photo op QR codes so not having to flip around apps with the sub par internet connecting in the convention space. ### 2/5 — So late to lead current year *2026-02-25* I don’t need to plan for last year, this year’s con is less than two weeks away and a lot of us would like to be able to plan our days. This happens every year and they don’t update until like 48 hours before, which is a pain. They take our ticket money early enough, you can’t update the app and site together? ### 2/5 — Wrong dates *2026-02-21* Last years dates are listed in the schedule but the event is only two weeks away. Big oversight. ### 2/5 — Pretty pointless *2024-03-03, version 9.0.1* Spammy and you can’t activate the con badge by actually scanning the QR code, you have to type in the number under the QR code manually. The calendar worked great. Who built this crap?! ### 2/5 — How does it keep getting worse? *2018-02-15, version 3.0* 2018 review: There is no interactive cross referencing between the map and exhibitors (like with PAX), despite appearing to be built off the same base Guidebook engine, which makes it cumbersome to use on the show floor. Additionally, the map they uploaded for the main floor is at such low resolution, that I cannot read the booth numbers. So basically this app is useless for navigation this year. ### 1/5 — Don't update *2017-03-02, version 2.0.1* The schedule/line up section is totally gone making the app much less useful ### 1/5 — A bad product that cheapens a good convention *2016-04-11, version 1.0.2* I don't like it one bit. ### 1/5 — Don't bother *2016-04-08, version 1.0.1* I don't know which is worse the app or the guide they printed up. Missing info on many things or a clunky UI is one of many issues. My recommendation is to look it up on the website and write down where you want to go. Also, there’s a feature where you are supposed to be able to do a “treasure hunt”, but you need a code emailed to you. The email never gets delivered - I’ve been trying multiple times a day starting day one. As much money as ReedPop makes off of fans, you’d think they could hire people to make an app that actually works. ### 1/5 — All things require a reservation but can’t make a reservation *2026-03-05* All of the things require a reservation but no where can I find a link, a tab, a page to make said reservation! ### 1/5 — Buggy beyond all belief *2024-02-22* I’m only trying to cross reference the schedule to plan my day, and this app insists on being unusable. Whenever I try to filter schedule events, it force quits on me. This betrays the entire purpose of the app. Additionally, it still has not been updated with photo op and autograph times, last I was able to actually search for long enough to check. Please fix this before the event, ReedPop, it’s a really useful app to have otherwise. ### 1/5 — So hard to use *2024-02-22* Do not try to search, or use the timeline feature to plan your day or the app with crash. This app mostly useless but the app is really good at showing you the show hours. I was able to look at guests’ schedules and see when they would be at panels or signing at their tables. It was also useful for information about events happening at the show! But we are days away from ECCC 2026, and there has been no update.. will this not be available for the 2026 con? ### 4/5 — App is good but… *2023-03-02* Big annoying design bug that is killing it… if you hit search, the keyboard comes up but if you hit cancel, cancel doesn’t work. If you tap a merchant or you do a search, it pulls up a drawer to go to the vendors site. Close that… back to search and keyboard blocking the menu. There’s no way to get out of search other than to totally close the app and reopen.
