One of the levels is at 40-3. So much that I have to delete the app and download again and remember not to use level 40-3... This is a really good port of the game as far as gameplay and sounds. The only thing I noticed is that there is no music on the games first screen with the picture. On the Amiga version if you let it sit there, music would play. It was actually pretty awesome too. Also, game doesn't keep prefs on control method... I have to keep setting it each time. Graphics need work too i think. ### 2/5 — Great game, lousy controls *2012-03-02, version 1.5* The game is very similar to the old PC version - the garish fonts, the colours, the emeralds and diamonds, it was (and possibly could still be) a totally addictive game! But the controls are simply TERRIBLE. Imagine having to use a joystick for delicate manoeuvring - but having to move the stick by pulling it with elastic bands! This game requires fast, precise movements, and the current controls provide almost the exact opposite. A D-pad is desperately required. I'm not sure why this wasn't their first thought. The uncontrollability means there's not much interest in struggling past the first few levels, and since these levels are completely different to the old PC version's levels, I'm not really interested in seeing what's ahead, unfortunately. Million times on PC with keyboard. Love the game. I haven’t a clue how to play on iPad. How do you make the little miner move? Swiping doesn’t work. Tapping screen to locate miner doesn’t work. Makes me regret selling my Amiga.. Wish there were more Amiga games available for the ipad.. The controls are hard to get used to.. Instead of using the standard buttons for controls (a = left, d = right, w = up, s = down) the down button is x.. With so many levels it could keep you glued to the screen for hours. It reminds me of a game called Rockman. The only real difference is that if you also walk u der neath the gems and stay for too long, they fall and crush you as well as the rocks.
