It has never shown my rewards.  Staff at EQC don’t know why.  No help to fix it.

I no longer receiving alerts. I know a few other people who has same problem. Fix it!

The app doesn’t work. Can’t log in any more! Was able to about 6-9months ago. Now, nothing!

I noticed my app stopped working two days ago, same time your most recent update occurred. Is there some other way for me to view my player’s card information as it doesn’t appear to be an option to access on your EQC website. I have an older iPhone, but everything was functioning fine up until then.

This is an amazing app, I can see my points, rewards and promotions without having to stand in line to find out. I'm so excited they have cardless connect built in the app so I don't have to worry about remembering to bring my card!
