Can’t even play level one. I just paid 11 bucks for a game to freeze and not play. This stinks. Please fix.

This game is not cheap and it said is compatible with my iPad but the map in the most of levels is bigger than my screen and I am unable to complete the task to get trough the next level.

I have send you 6 emails and no answer. Please if you are not going to fix your game (all levels) refund my money, I already pay twice for the Emergency Crew 3 because I thought it was my iPad but it wasn’t. I will not make the same mistake again with Emergency Crew 4. 

Please read and do something about it.

Please fix level 23 the map is not complete I can not go through level 24 until this is completed. The game was not cheap and in AppStore said is compatible with this iPad” so please make all level maps compatible with old iPads resolution.
