Can’t complete level 23 objective hidden behind timer

Fix the resolution to be able to work on a the iPad  I bought this game and it said works on this iPad but the levels won’t show the complete map as the guide , now we will be stuck on a level because we can’t access to the entire picture

I paid $15 for this game and level 17 doesn’t give you the resources to pass the level 😔

Can not progress passed level 17

The game is fun and I would give it 5 stars but there is a glitch one Level 17. The game does not allow you to repair the barriers, which  does not allow you to finish the level. SO you PAY to get to Level 17. There is no way to reach 8Floor other then Facebook which they do not seem to monitor. There really should be a way to email them.

Il n’est pas possible de sauver certains personnages car ils sont inaccessibles sur iPad. Donc impossibilité d’aller plus loin. 
Argent perdu! Dommage car jeu intéressant. Aucune possibilité de sauter un niveau.

Niveau 11   Sur l’iPad le plateau de jeu d’évolution est trop vaste : il n’est pas possible d’accéder aux personnages à sauver. Donc il n’est pas possible de finir le niveau et de progresser.
