Dev keep saying it’s an issue with older devices, but this iPad is only a year old and still sucks to have a game I spent money on stop working with no fixes and seemingly no attempts to fix it. I’m glad they’re expanding the game but sucks I’d need to buy a new device just to play it, especially when I’ve spent money on it already, hoping for a fix but losing faith it’ll happen. ### 2/5 — ◯ソゲー *2026-07-23* 最初に言うけど、面白い 普通にやってたら面白い タイムアタック感覚で遊べるからものすごくいい だがしかし、無課金で遊ぶ人は気をつけよう。 課金しないと手に入らないユニットが2つあるから知っておいて、1つ当たり2,000超えるからね それ以外だったら文句言うことはない バグも少ないし外でもカクカクしないで遊べるからおすすめ。 ただ、課金が多めいろんなところに課金要素がある。 最近はどんどんアップデートしてるから良くなってきてるけど、お金払ってユニットを買うってところが一番いらない。 じゃあ他のところで財源確保しろよって話 ユニットにお金をかけてる時点でお金がないですって言ってるようなもの **Developer response:** Hi, thank you for your detailed feedback! Gave it up for a period - new versions have all the same issues. Spend ages upgrading HQ - remembering extra silent missions to gain cash then having to wait 2 weeks for it to be built only to find there are about 4 new missions total and then the piece of new kit you have you can’t do the mission because it’s either not skilled enough or you have to buy a second one. Details graphics and gameplay are really good, yes there’s an odd glitch, the 1v1 missions are a complete waste of time, to give people/new players a morale boost let everyone win these. There’s logic in that. Otherwise keep up the good work on the game ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Art style *2026-08-21, version 2.11.3* Best mobile game. Emergency docs can prep patients for transport, and we can see the progress bar. It would be cool if firefighters could also help, but can only prevent the bar from decreasing, until Emergency Medical Services can get to the person. One other thing you can change is that multiple Emergency Doctors can heal one patient at once, because if one patient is left at a scene and there are multiple docs, it is annoying to wait for one doc to prep the patient. Also, your art style is amazing. After that, the game really requires you to spend money if you want to keep progressing. Upgrades cost between 500,000 and 1,000,000, while missions only give you around 1,000–10,000. The game becomes completely focused on making you spend money. I’ve been playing EMHQ specifically for 4 years, since I was 9. I love this game and i love emergency vehicles! my dad was a SWAT officer and detective aswell, so i guess it’s in my blood as my dream is to be SWAT. I live breath and dream rescue, i always want to help people, and i even have an emergency vehicle diecast collection! I always love these types of games, and this one has a very special place in my heart.
