You click the tab all day and absolutely nothing happens. Cameras won’t sync up, total waste of time and money. DO NOT BUY their products. ### 1/5 — Not able to add my Wi-Fi *2019-11-05* This does not give me the option to pick my Wi-Fi. It only says Wi-Fi no option to search. I thought this would be a good option for me be the app does work properly ### 1/5 — Wish they would fix the bugs *2019-08-17* I actually like having the camera, especially when I’m traveling, as it’s pretty sensitive and alerts me whenever it senses movements. The crappy thing about the app...I put in an sd card and it saves the pictures it captures, except I can’t view the pictures!! That does me no good...god forbid someone actually breaks into my house...I’ll never be able to give the cops proof because I can’t see the stupid pictures!!! ### 1/5 — What happened? *2019-06-05* Can’t even sign in to the app anymore. Have several friends that I have recommended this camera to, and they can’t find the proper app to download, or they can’t get the camera set up and running. Most of them have completely given up and returned them. This is incredibly disappointing. This used to work very well, and now it doesn’t work at all. ### 1/5 — Emerson Home Cam App Registration *2019-05-24* I bought this camera but I can’t use it I keep sending emails to receive the code to register with the app and I do not receive any email from them.. Tried different email, looked in junk folder nothing... waste of money... ### 1/5 — Disconnects every time *2019-03-05* I have to quit and relaunch the app every time I want to use it, or it thinks the camera is not connected. ### 2/5 — Works sometimes *2019-11-17* Doesn’t always connect to cameras. The app is very flaky. If I restart the app sometimes the cameras connect. I have strong WiFi signals at each camera. ### 2/5 — Used to work *2019-03-29* This used to work great. Lately I’ve had to restart the camera every single day. When it restarts there’s a loud chime that I can’t turn off so it wakes my baby up. Really defeats the purpose. I probably will stop using this and get a regular baby monitor.
