Same for displaying the plan document. First, the main dashboard screen (“My EMI Health”) takes ages to load. Then, as many have mentioned, tapping “ID CARD” only flashes the loading screen before kicking you back to the dashboard screen. Likewise when trying to view your plan documents. They push this app really hard on the website, and offer no other way to view a digital version of your ID card. Yet the app doesn’t work, and hasn’t worked for years. ### 1/5 — App sucks *2025-12-21, version 3.0.4* Trying to get my digital card but it will take me to the main page and I had to call them to send me the digital card because this app won’t let me. ### 1/5 — Utterly Broken *2025-04-14, version 3.0.4* The only feature that works is changing your name and email address. Trying to get the ID card is my main issue, it stopped pulling it up after the first day and just sends me back to the main screen after loading for half a second. It’s frustrating because I just switched and need it for my family’s doctor visits. The link I sent to my wife says it timed out so I can’t even go back and get it another way. Eventually I had to have an agent at the company send me a digital copy. I wasn’t planning on carrying the physical copy but it looks like I will have to because the app won’t let me pull up the card. ### 1/5 — App Doesn’t Work *2025-01-02, version 3.0.4* Most of the time it doesn’t let you open tabs.
