## What is EMILE?

EMILE-E connects you with your mental-health practice, privately and simply.

Appointments — see upcoming sessions, request times that work for you, and join telehealth video visits with one tap.

Secure messaging — reach your care team between sessions. Messages are encrypted and never appear on your lock screen.

Wellness check-ins — quick, clinically validated check-ins (like the PHQ-9) that help you and your therapist see progress over time.

Documents — complete intake forms from your phone, share files with your practice, and receive documents they share with you.

Payments — view statements and pay securely; card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by EMILE-E.

Your privacy comes first: no ads, no data selling, generic notifications, and role-restricted access with full audit logging.

EMILE-E is used by invitation from your healthcare practice. If your practice uses EMILE-E, ask them for an invite to get started.
