There is no filter or sorting for “Unrealized Gains”. There is no “unrealized % “ column, which is required in basic concept of trading. I am very disappointed from this in-house developer. A bank with such large investment arm, that does not want to invest and recruit better developers, is a complete flop. Im not sure what head management and quality control are doing. Emirates NBD should have the best app interface in the middle-east. But instead they decide to buy an outdated interface and scale up profits.

This app simply doesn’t make sense. The watch list doesn’t work, trading is very backward and confusing, user interface is from another decade, and portfolio view is depressing. 

This app is an absolute disappointment

Never use this app because if you have any trouble happens the call center will never pick up your calls 
I called them more than 10 times and waited every time more than 25 minutes No one answered

“I started using this trading application today. Based on my prior experience with other trading apps, I find this one to be among the worst platforms. It lacks:

	•	Enhanced charts for technical analysis.
	•	Detailed stock information.

The user interface is very poor and unresponsive, with frequent lags.”

Add advanced charting tools.
Provide detailed stock information and insights.
Improve user interface design.
Fix lagging issues and optimize performance.

I am trying to get in touch with them since past one month but no luck . Whether it’s email or phone call or any other manner they are not available.

This is a useless trading app which we can only buy and sell from dubi financial market. We cant buy or sell UAE stocks rather than dubai stocks. The call center is useless they dont even anser to the calls. I have tried to call multiple times and one time i even waited for 15 minutes.  I lost so much money calling them. But no answer.

This app has one of the top notch worst user interface in entire UAE. It never allow us to buy/sell any stocks at limit order and sometimes gets stuck. I prefer over the phone brokers and some are way better that this crap app.

It may not have all the features like the international brokerage Apps, but it does work all the time and it stays connected for few hours

I think it is the best app within the local UAE brokerages

It’s almost 2 weeks I am not able to login. I don’t receive OTP at all. I am currently outside country and missed some buy/sell opportunity during this time. Even complaining through website portal didn’t help. I am not able to login thru website too! Please resolve
