The app doesn’t open suddenly. It freezes on the first page.  Major fail for a bank.  The app function and design beyond this is also dated. Totally unacceptable when I’m being charged for having a business account!

I’ve been using this app for years with no problem, after updating to IOS 13.1 on iphone it doesn’t want to work (the logos just keep going round and round and will not pad the log in page, I’m writing it here as there is no support online from various routes to get someone to help.

This app was never as good as the personal banking App from ENBD, but now it will not even open as it is incompatible with iOS 13. This is really sad for a bank that is normally on the forefront of technology in Dubai.

The app feels like it’s from 90s. You can’t save login credentials, no Face ID, very clunky user interface. Most of the functionality doesn’t work as advertised. 

Emirates NBD retail app is the most advance in the UAE and that’s one the main reasons why I have chosen Emirates NBD as my business bank. Unfortunately, it’s a total different experience is the business side

No update in almost a year for the go-to business banking app for the UAE’s largest business bank.

No face-ID, can’t release credit card payments, limited functionality, severely outdated, clunky UI. 

Come on ENBD. You guys are at the forefront of banking technology in the UAE. This app is waaaay below your standards.

The app is much more user friendly and efficient than the terribly cumbersome and incredibly frustrating online facility.
However, app still has frustrating imperfections such as;
•you are not advised that adding a new Beneficiary is not supported via SMS code for authorization (ie. You need a token) until you have gone through the entire process of adding a new beneficiary - ANNOYING!
•session timed out while I was in the middle of entering details 🤔🤷🏻‍♀️ also annoying!
