Before I tried to apply for credit card the customer support told me that I couldn’t for a reason I won’t disclose, I said that doesn’t seem right to me she said oh that’s what the administration told us, I applied thought the app and got accepted. After I got accepted I had to wait 24 hours for my card to come out, I called customer support and they said I can only add my card to apple wallet, my type of credit card does not come as a plastic card. Then I called again later asking another person the same question she said I can (miss information). I tried adding my card to apple wallet but I can’t for some reason I contacted the bank and they said I have to wait another 24 hours after I waited and it wouldn’t add I filed a official complaint to the administration so they can fix my problem. They said it would take around 5 days so I waited 5 days and still no response now it’s been 6 days and it’s close to the 28th and I have not use my card (which will ruin my credit score) and they don’t know how to fix it even though it’s their fault/problem. Furthermore this is effecting my credit score and I have nothing to do with it. Wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone who wants to join it even though they provide things better than the other banks, it is not worth the trouble I promise you.
