### 1.12.5 — 2026-08-23

In this update:
• Property Report can now list a listing's related appointments (date, type, pre-visit note, and post-appointment follow-up) — customer names are deliberately left out for privacy.
• For sold or rented listings, you're now asked whether to include deal information (transaction amount, buyer, commission, expenses, net) in the report — since the report may be shared with the owner or buyer, it's excluded by default.
• QR business cards can now include your photo (Premium) — when a photo is set, the QR code generates a contact card with the photo embedded.
• Stability improvements: fixed a crash that could occur when the app was reopened from an unknown page, and a crash that could occur when leaving the screen during sync.

### 1.12.4 — 2026-08-22

In this update:
• New: Task Board — create tasks linked to your customers, listings, and appointments; automatically grouped into overdue, today, upcoming, waiting, and history. A new Board destination was added to the bottom menu for quick access.
• Smart suggestions: one-tap-to-task suggestions for post-appointment note reminders, offer follow-ups, customers/listings you haven't contacted in a while, and listings with a stagnant price.
• Tasks sync to the cloud on Premium; free plan supports up to 5 tasks.
• Added search to customer/property selection in the appointment and task screens; when a customer is selected, the property list now narrows automatically — a seller's own listings, or for buyers/renters, matching listings of the correct type (for sale/for rent) shown first.
• Customer/listing/appointment cards on the home screen now navigate to the right screen when tapped.
• Tasks can now have a reminder time; tapping the notification opens that task directly.
• On tablets and wide screens, the Task Board now shows a real multi-column layout — each group (overdue, today, upcoming…) side by side in its own column.
• New: Property Report — from the listing detail screen, share all listing info (price, address, price history, deposit info, and your notes) as a professional-looking PDF or Excel file. The notes section is the most prominent part of the report.
• Take Deposit is now available directly from the listing detail screen — no need to open the edit form just to record a deposit.

### 1.12.3 — 2026-08-20

In this update:
• Bulk Excel/CSV import: bring in your customers and listings from a ready template with a step-by-step wizard — column mapping, preview, and duplicate detection included.
• Property export now matches the import template exactly, so an exported file can be re-imported directly.
• Added a detailed error report for skipped/duplicate rows, plus the ability to undo the last import and view import history.
• Settings now link to our website and Instagram; the privacy policy opens in your language.
• Performance improvement for subscription verification.

• Deposit tracking: mark a listing with a dedicated "Deposit Taken" status when a deposit is received, use the new deposit calculator, and keep a record.
• Cancel a deposit with one tap to relist the property if the deal falls through.

• Room count in the portfolio form is now separate from living room count: pick presets like "3+1", or enter custom values for duplex layouts like "4+2".
• Safety: a customer linked to a portfolio as buyer/seller, a deal as buyer, or an appointment can no longer be deleted — the same applies to a property with a linked deal or appointment.
• Calculator tools: monthly loan installment calculator and a deposit amount converter.
• Portfolio price history: automatically recorded on every price change, shown as a chart on the property detail screen.
• Export your portfolio list to Excel with one tap.
• Agent sales pipeline: tag and filter your customers by stage — Contacted / Meeting / Offer / Closed.
• Added a reminder notification for listings whose price hasn't changed in a while.
