Try finding export data for example, it’s not easy. All the useful function requires an upgrade to platinum such as adding a business account. Features don’t work as advertised, especially the subscription cancellation page which is what i was most excited to use. Shows you about half of your recurring subscriptions but offers no assistance in cancelling them. Doesn’t connect to Apple Pay. I don’t understand why you would need this app. You can simply check your banking app(s) yourself. I have the pro subscription, it has been about 6 months. After years of spending too much time daily to keep track of tens of accounts, Emma has finally enabled me to have a birds eye view on my finances. Monzo already gives you spending breakdowns, categories, and monthly insights for free. Emma does a similar job, but most of the useful features are locked behind a subscription. Uninstalling 👎🏻 ### 1/5 — DO NOT SIGN UP FOR SUBSCRIPTION *2026-07-28, version 6.2.1* I cancelled the annual subscription last year and they just attempted to charge me £42 again despite having uninstalled the app and it not showing up in my subscriptions. They saved my card info and circumvented Apple’s purchase regulations, and the process to cancel the subscription in the app is extremely predatory and drawn out. DO NOT USE THIS APP. Unprofessional, unhelpful and very upsetting service ### 1/5 — Clickbait ads nothing like the app *2026-07-20, version 6.1.9* So the clickbait ads online show a function of the app that you have to subscribe to actually access ### 1/5 — Do not recommend *2026-07-13* I used this app for a trial period and it was great. As soon as I paid for the year subscription the app stopped working. My budget is constantly wrong and my banks need to be reconnected. I tried to get support with staff but they need access to my bank each time which is frustrating as I am using an app so I don’t have to be online with support. They weren’t able to fix the bugs and said I was not eligible for a refund. Total waste of money. **Developer response:** Hi there, thanks for your feedback. This app put my accounts in one place - the most useful tool is tracking my actual balance after normal bills have gone out. I did the trial and signed up for about £40 for the year and it has been worth it. I have got better at saving each month and keeping my accounts in the black. Only grumbles for me: I would like to have credit cards and loans on there without them dragging my running balance down - keep them visible but separate from my monthly balance. It would help push me to pay them. It can’t show bank saving accounts (that comes from the bank restrictions, but it is annoying). Also, I don’t like how often I have upgrading pushed on me - I am using it because I need to get a handle on my money, so I certainly can’t afford it! Otherwise - I really recommend it to anyone with ADHD who needs visual support and notifications to keep finances on track **Developer response:** Thank you for such a thoughtful review.
