Aucune possibilité d’accéder au niveau 2 et suivants. J’ai contacté le support technique, pas de retour, relancé au bout d’une semaine, toujours pas de réponse. Donc 3 semaines de leçons pour le prix de 3 mois. L’app elle-même est bien, quelques bugs car quand l’animation prononce les mots en français ou espagnol, quelques fois les prononce en anglais. I tried reaching out to to support and got only AI auto responses and no actual help in getting that corrected. I have wanted a week and heard nothing. I canceled the subscription and would like a refund. Sadly, this is unsatisfactory way to treat your subscribers.
