Tiffany and Paul Ivanovsky, Owners of ELB are just two of the nicest people you’ll encounter on a boutique storefront. They now have a store front those in Magnolia Texas can shop at! If you love Judy Blue Jeans, wonderful holiday crafts to purchase then ELB is your site to visit and buy from. 🩵🩵🩵🩵 ### 5/5 — THE best Family Owned Boutique *2024-03-19, version 3.5.0* The app is very easy to use and shop. My favorite feature is the “favorites” where you can put a star on a product you like to save it for later. That way you can buy it when you are ready or a sale pops up! The Live sales are awesome because you can easily shop while the team is live and showing the products off. I LOVE spending my money with a small family owned company versus a corporate owned business, so I check here for what I need first. Paul and Tiffany are really entertaining and relatable and make the boutique that much more of a favorite to shop with. Their customer service is great and take care of you better than an in-person store.. even though they have one now! Too bad I live too far to visit and shop. There is not a tab for recipes. ### 1/5 — Disappointed. *2020-08-06, version 2.4.0* Not sure why someone would block a customer who has done nothing to them. I enjoyed your family and am pretty bummed to be blocked from shopping. I think shopping with one of your former vendors may be what set this in motion. So I guess I’m guilty by association. I wish you nothing but prosperity to your family. I am super bummed that now I have some normalcy back in my life I can’t shop here. Brittney ### 1/5 — Product received not what I ordered *2020-05-23, version 2.4.0* I pre ordered (2) solid black face masks 4/7/2020. I expected it to take a few weeks. 6+ weeks later I got a completely different mask with a white filter on the front and was not allowed to cancel, return or sell the item on their BST page. I feel completely ripped off and dismissed. They took my money for 6 weeks and then sent me a completely different product than the one I ordered without getting my approval to substitute the item. Not ok, that’s not how business should be done. Lost a customer due to unacceptable customer service on this 1 issue. Won’t buy from here again. ### 1/5 — Read before buying! Horrible customer service! *2019-04-26* I am not typically one to go out of my way to write reviews.. this is only the second time in fact. However: after speaking with Mr. Ivanovski (creator of this brand and app) over the phone, I feel as if I am left with no choice but to warn others of the false message being sent by his company. On the front page of their website it reads “the only thing we act in return is that while wearing a piece of rush you do a small act of kindness, it will feel even better than our clothes”... Well Paul, I’m guessing you weren’t wearing any Rush clothing today, because your attitude and demeanor over the phone was disrespectful, snobby, and completely unnecessary... especially coming from someone with a trying to promote their clothing with a positive message. I guess all of the money you are making from your over priced clothes has gotten to your head. I’m sure your wife would be appalled by the way you spoke to me, and I hope she reads this... anyways, I just thought I would warn anyone else who might buy from Mr. Ivanovski, who might have been interested due to the “positive message” that they advertise on their website in which Mr. Ivanovski clearly doesn’t live up to. Unfortunately I have to give this at least one star, but if it were up to me I would give 0/5 stars. She described materials, f color, and tried the items on so I could see the true fit. I was hooked and have continued to shop with Emma Lou’s with complete confidence that everything I purchase will be delivered quickly and be of great quality.
