## What is eMODAT Checkliste?

eMODAT - mobile data collection - the easy way


Mobile Forms - a flexible and easy-to-use web-based form solution for delivering forms and data collection on the iPhone or iPad - anywhere in the world.



Say goodbye to paper money: Foreign workers no longer receive their work instructions in print. At the same time, they no longer have to fill in templates by hand. Instead, employees use eMODAT to collect data locally with their iPhone and iPad and send the reports to the backend system.



This application allows the user to access the demo forms on the eMODAT Mobile Forms Server. If you have problems accessing the eMODAT server, please contact our support.



In the Settings menu, the server URL, username and password can be changed to connect to your eMODAT server.
