The EmojiKidz App is a powerful communication software to be used with the EmojiKidz smartwatch for children.This app allows parents to connect to their children’s watch via the EmojiKidz app on their smartphone: Voice Chat: easy communication with instant voice chat.Real-Time Position: check the location of the child at any time. Past locations and trajectories are also available.Safe Zone: create safety zones for your child and receive alerts if the child leaves the zone.Family Members: only allowed numbers can communicate with the watch. I loved the app before. I updated the app and it get worst. Everytime I open the app it will crash and will totally close. Please fix it, I need the app for my son’s emojikidz watch asap. Thank you

Buyer beware!! I'm out $372!  
Bought 2 watches, have paid shipping fees to send one back twice.  Most of the time the GPS shows my children are in Greenland or Australia (we live in the US).
Service is a joke.  If you call, they just submit and case and it's handled over email.  All the email responses just say "we're working on it".  Currently have 2 cases open with them, 1 per watch.  One case has been open for 16 days where they charged me $5 per day for 12 in overage charges while the watch was turned off at home and we were out of the country.  We finally had to close our credit card account to get the charges stopped.
