## What is Emolio?

The app consists of a series of questions designed to grow your awareness about you feel so that you can take action to use your emotions to fuel your growth. You can return to this tool whenever you feel not-so-well and that you need to overcome your negative emotional and thinking patterns. 

Besides the series of questions designed to deepen your awareness into how you feel, the app includes some alchemy tools like a breathing exercise, an energy boundary management meditation, and sample connection scripts for reaching out when you are feeling down.

- You can now sign up and log in to the app for free so you can log in and access your entries and monthly insights on all your devices 
- The app now comes with the ability to save your emotional check-in and brain dump text entries so you can review them later
- The app now includes the ability to analyse your emotional check-in and brain dump text entries using Artificial Intelligence (AI) (just tap Analyse my Entry or Analyse my Thoughts to get your AI-assisted synopsis of your entries)
- The app now includes the ability to generate monthly insights from all your monthly entries (just select a date, and the app will combine your entries for the month and analyse them looking for patterns using AI)
