## What is EMOM timers?

EMOM and up timer, for your Crossfit, Callisthenics, Gym routines….. Only for Apple Watch (no app in iPhone).  iOS App companion is the user manual for the app.

Timers availables:

EMOM timer: Define rounds, work time and rest time (when applies). Every change will be notified to user through haptic feedback.
Timer Up: Define work time. Starts from 0:00 and finished at defined mm:ss
