The Emory Flare Referral app provides a simple way for clinicians to connect with and refer patients to Emory Healthcare transplant surgeons and medical specialists practicing at all Emory Healthcare locations. The app features:
 
• A searchable directory of Emory Healthcare transplant experts by organ group and specialty.
• Profiles of Emory Healthcare physicians that include the best way for external providers to contact and refer a patient.
• Dynamically updated list of Emory Healthcare specialists on call for urgent questions.
• The ability to text information and appointment telephone numbers for Emory Healthcare specialists to patients.
