## Most critical reviews (5 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Confusing

*2023-10-31*

Unintuitive, couldn’t get it to work

### 1/5 — Very misleading

The entire usage of any emotes is just locked behind a paywall… why advertise this as a free app on the app store when none of the features are free? Weirdge

We're glad to hear that you're enjoying the core features of our app, including the ability to search, save, and send emotes as well as the keyboard extensions which allows one to send emotes to any messaging client without having to open our app.

We understand that some users may be disappointed by the paywall for GIFs. However, we want to assure you that we're constantly working to improve our app and offer a diverse range of features for our users. In order to keep the core features completely free while valuing our users privacy as well as keeping the application ADS free, we had to implement in-app purchases.

We hope that you'll continue to enjoy using our app and we welcome any feedback you may have.

### 2/5 — paywall bad

*2024-08-03, version 4.0*

does the job but the amount of emotes behind a paywall is insane and the pricing makes no sense

### 3/5 — GIFs locked behind Paywall

*2023-01-08*

I downloaded this app to be able to send Twitch emotes(namely GIF emotes) through iMessage.

Unfortunately all GIFs are locked behind a $1.99 paywall.

The price is reasonable but the “free” price on the App Store is deceptive and as a free app, it’s usage is redundant since more than half its functionality is paywalled.

To the Developer: I’d recommend reducing the severity of the paywall. More than half of the app functionality is unusable upon first startup and is off putting. DM me for consultation on improving the user experience, while incentivizing in-app purchases.
