I have been reading the Abraham Hicks books recently and thought there must be an app out there that covers the processes and makes it easy and accessible rather than having to reference a book all of the time. Well this is it! Perfect, exactly what I was looking for! 
It’s a simple enough app and does exactly what it needs to, it also comes with the addition of a nice meditation timer, thank you!
