## What is Emotional Sourcing?

11 meditations on the emotions. 
Learn how to distinguish between the resistance of the emotion and the pure energy of the emotion and feel the difference in your emotional life when you do this regularly.
The App is made by an experienced affect psychotherapist and hypnotherapist, Charlotte Kindgren.
When we feel the emotions in the body and focus on them instead of being in the head focusing on thoughts about the emotions or the situations that causes them, we become calm, grounded, authentic and life changes. 
The unconscious struggle against emotions is hard for the body and the mind and is the main reason we get depression, anxiety, stress diseases, autoimmune diseases, pain and more.
