## What is EmotionLock?

EmotionLock helps traders stop overtrading by enforcing their own daily trade limits, automatically.

Set your maximum number of trades per day. When you hit that limit, EmotionLock locks your trading apps via Screen Time until midnight. No workarounds. No exceptions, unless you choose to use one of your limited emergency tokens.
