Waste of time. They don’t offer any actual help. It just refers you to other stuff. Save your data space on your phone.

I wasn’t told about this app when I called my husband’s benefits department. I made some early mistakes. Knowledge is power. Talking to people who are going through the same pain has helped. I’m still learning to use everything on the app. I only wish I could find a way to find an online therapist or psychiatrist. I’m afraid just to pick someone who isn’t recommended. I’m home bound.
