Request you to please check and resolve the issue. ### 1/5 — Stupid App *2021-09-17, version 2.1.5* Never ever try this app even if it gives promotional offer. There is no such a stupid food delivery app in the UAE with lots and lots of bugs and no filtration to choose restuarant. It shows all restuarant in dubai even 35km away! And most of the restuarant in 10km range shows doesn’t deliver to the location! Lots of crash and bugs. Just tried 10AED meals and nothing works out! ### 1/5 — Privacy *2021-06-29, version 2.1.1* Do not download. Buggy app that offers you no way to close your account, as the supposed automatic deactivation after 90 days also does not work. Tried a lot just to top up nol card from my existing balance, but nothing goes through. When follow up with customer service they say we’re working on your complaint. Still following up for refund....Same thing happened with my friend too. Despite removing and installing this app, the app is not moving to the next stage. Developers had not tested adequately before the launch. Not recommended ### 1/5 — The worst app ever. *2021-03-01, version 1.1.5* This is literally the worst application for making payments. First of all the number of bugs in the app will make you frustrated and kill your mood to order food. Second, you will also be charged more than what you actually have transfered to empay. And when you contact their service, for weeks they will only repeat “ our department will contact you once its solved “. ### 1/5 — DO NOT DOWNLOAD !!! Pathetic customer service *2021-02-28, version 1.1.5* Downloaded the app as they promoted Aed 1 meal deal. Firstly the address was not detected and had app issues. Called customer service numerous time and emails screenshots the only reply the team is looking into it. Nobody has d courtesy to inform that issue is fixed. Once its fixed they removed the promotion from account. again wrote to customer service who was unapologetic about their own system issues. DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT! I am trying do with my cards Its not accepting I tried with two cards that is also not accepting Now i have to go to the school and pay the fees Dont know whats the issue ### 1/5 — Worst app ever seen *2024-05-31, version 4.3.1* Useless app. Not even working at the sign up stage as it gives ‘request timed out’ error message all the time. I tried reinstalling about 10 times but still gives the same error. I experienced that this app drains the phone battery a lot while it opened. in 3 minutes my battery got drained about 13 percent. The team does not have the ability to understand the problem. So fixing the problem is still a long journey. Pls hire people who understand the customer issues and resolve the same. Developing a app and releasing is not a big deal. Sustaining is something needs to be worked on…. Anyways I want me balance money back.
